    16. In our annual get-together we always keep 2 minutes silence to pay tribute to all persons who has left us behind and gone to anantyatra. Also we sends them condoles messages to them.
  16. Karobari rachana and sabha(Governing council selections and meetings) : [+]
    17. To run the organisation smoothly we nominate and elect new governing and advising council form all members. After electing them we give them different responsibilities according to their specialisation. They meet four to six times in a year with advising committee to discuss future plans and actions to be taken for welfare of our community.
